This original mixed media painting is done on a 48” x 31½” wood panel with a 1" x 2" redwood backing frame depicts Jimmy Carter of the Blind Boys of Alabama with incorporated imagery related to the many triumphs and tragedies of the early Civil Rights Movement in the state of Alabama.
